Depending on how the formed portions will be stored, fresh or frozen, and on the portion size there are different paper qualities and dimensions available.
Mostly, square cut paper will be used, however octagonal or non-cut paper from a roll is also available. The high paper quality and the constant wax-coating guarantee a troublefree function of the paper interleaver, easy and clean separation of fresh and frozen portions, as well as a good color retention of meat products.
